Lisa Bianco is Avenues to Surrogacy’s Surrogate Coordinator. She works closely with both intended parents and gestational carriers to guide them through their own unique surrogacy journeys. Throughout the process, Lisa’s knowledge of New Hampshire’s surrogacy law and her support for everyone involved are valuable assets to intended parents and gestational carriers.
Lisa works with potential surrogates and gestational carriers to help them understand the process from beginning to end. She guides them on a regular basis and helps answer questions that may arise along the way. Lisa helps gestational carriers create an experience with which they are comfortable, from outlining the details of the initial surrogacy match and contract, to the development of a birth and delivery plan that is focused on their needs. She assists with coordinating medical care, counseling, and providing any emotional support that may be beneficial.
Having a background in adoption, Lisa is well-suited to work with intended parents throughout their surrogacy journey as well. She serves as the go-between for parents and surrogates to ensure a smooth process. She assists intended parents with any questions or concerns and helps eliminate the stress that may arise with a traditional pregnancy. Lisa works to integrate the relationship between surrogates and intended parents so the process can be enjoyed by all parties.
Lisa attended The College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. She then continued her education at the University of New Hampshire, earning her Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Lisa is also a trustee of the Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation, whose mission is to promote and encourage scholarships and opportunities for higher education among residents of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.
